WRAIR Scientist Recognized with Annual Distinguished Civilian Service Award
Dr. Sheila Peel, Diagnostics and Countermeasures Branch director, was presented with the Department of Defense Distinguished Civilian Service Award during a town hall at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, Feb. 9, 2022. Brig. Gen. Anthony McQueen, U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command, commanding general, formally presented the award on behalf of the Secretary of Defense.
