A Leader's Guide to Soldier Health and Fitness

Army Techniques Publication (ATP) 6-22.5 provides commanders, leaders, and Soldiers with doctrine and techniques to establish a climate that supports and encourages a holistic and collaborative effort to improve Soldier readiness and resilience. This publication includes physical and psychological health information and references pertaining to the United States (U.S.) Army Ready and Resilient Campaign, Performance Triad, Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness Program, and other behavioral health programs.
